Matt launched an agency and reached $20k months in 60 days.
Learn digital marketing and work towards your first paying client — with practical tools, AI guidance and coaching to help you build a business you can run from anywhere in the world, with more freedom in how you live.
Apply for the Founding Beta ↗You’ve thought about starting something of your own. You want an online income, the freedom to work from anywhere, and a business you can call your own.
But where do you start? You need a clear service to sell, a way to find clients, and the skills to deliver what you promise.
That’s what we’ll help you build: a lead-generation agency for trades businesses, with practical tools, AI guidance and coaching as you put the work into practice.
We’ve built and sold businesses and owned an agency ourselves. We’re bringing that experience into a clear starting point for you.
Apply for the Founding Beta ↗Your client agrees the scope and funds their advertising budget.
You manage the agreed advertising, landing pages and follow-up systems.
Track the enquiries and review performance with your client.
You build an agency that helps trades businesses generate and qualify enquiries through advertising, landing pages and follow-up systems.
Your clients pay your agency to set up and manage the agreed service. Their advertising spend is funded separately — by them.
You start with one trade and one clearly packaged service. You build your ability to acquire, serve and retain clients before expanding.
Choose your trade with guidance. You'll select a suitable trades market based on your experience, interests and existing contacts, the value of a new customer to that business, its capacity and budget for growth, how clearly enquiries and sales can be tracked, and the campaign resources and delivery guidance available inside the program.
Your starting market is a specific trade.
By the end of this stage, you have one starting market, one packaged service and an initial pricing structure.

We believe digital marketing is the biggest opportunity in the online space right now. To us, it’s a modern gold rush — businesses need customers, and people who can help them attract and convert those customers have a valuable skill to build a business around.
We’ve had so many people in our community reach out wanting to start an online business, but unsure what to sell, who to help or where to begin.
Our answer is New Money Agency: learn digital marketing, build an agency, and help trades businesses win more work. One business model. A focused niche. A practical process for finding and serving your first clients.
We believe this is the best online business to start for someone willing to learn the skills, have the conversations and do the work. We’d be doing our community a disservice if we kept that opportunity to ourselves.
So we’re opening the door with a dedicated program for people ready to get started — with the tools, training and guidance to turn that ambition into action.
This is about building new money in your family: developing a skill you can sell, creating a business you own, and working towards more choice in how you live.

New Money Agency™ is for people who want to build an online income, work from anywhere, and create more freedom in how they live. You’re ready to learn a valuable skill and build a client business of your own — starting with approximately 10 hours a week.
That last part matters. The people who win their first client in this program are the ones who do the reps.
The system you'll use to find, prepare, approach and convert your first clients — with AI doing the heavy lifting on research and preparation, and you doing the conversations.
Define your ideal trades customer and assess businesses against clear qualification criteria. Build a prospect list focused on businesses that could benefit from — and have the capacity to use — your service.
Use AI to research each business and draft relevant outreach, pitches and campaign previews. You check the research and claims before using them. The output becomes a specific reason for that prospect to have a conversation with you.
Follow a structured outreach and follow-up process. Practise sales calls, explain your service, demonstrate your proposed approach and offer a clearly scoped initial engagement.
Track outreach responses, sales conversations and client acquisition. Use Tim Frey AI to review your approach, identify weaknesses and suggest improvements for you to test.
Build. Get feedback.
Make your next move.

Tim Frey AI provides AI-based guidance and feedback as you build your agency, every single day of the 60 days.
Review your service offer and positioning.
Critique your outreach messages and pitches before you send them.
Practise sales conversations and objection handling.
Prepare prospect-specific campaign demonstrations.
Review campaign plans and reporting.
Work through implementation questions and next steps.
Tim Frey AI is an AI assistant. Its feedback requires your judgement and verification — particularly before making promises to prospects, spending advertising budgets or launching client campaigns. You're the agency owner. Tim Frey AI makes you a faster, better-prepared one.
Four parts. Four milestones. Each one builds on the last.
Your starting market, packaged service, initial pricing and basic agency operations.
You can clearly explain who you help, what you deliver and how the engagement works.
You'll work through selecting your starting market, understanding customer economics, defining your service and its boundaries, setting an initial pricing structure, establishing basic business operations, and planning your weekly activity.
A qualified prospect pipeline, personalised pitches and a consistent outreach and follow-up process — powered by the AI Client Acquisition Engine.
You have an active prospect pipeline and a repeatable routine for starting sales conversations.
You'll define prospect qualification criteria, find and assess suitable businesses, research prospects, prepare personalised outreach and campaign previews, follow up consistently, and track responses and sales opportunities.
Sales skills, campaign demonstrations, a scoped pilot offer and an onboarding process.
You are equipped to sell and onboard your first paying client. Winning that client is the initial commercial objective.
You'll structure a discovery and sales call, ask the right questions about a prospect's business, present your service and proposed campaign, handle objections, define scope, fees and responsibilities, offer a limited initial engagement or staged fee where appropriate, and onboard a paying client.
Your initial engagement defines the advertising budget, deliverables, reporting, review points and cancellation terms.
Advertising skills, campaign systems, reporting, retention processes and documented delivery.
You have a structured process for launching, measuring and improving client delivery.
You'll learn advertising fundamentals, campaign planning and setup, landing pages and enquiry forms, tracking and lead qualification, follow-up workflows, campaign reviews and client reporting, retention and renewal conversations, and documenting delivery before hiring support.
Before launch, you'll establish realistic expectations with your client: what is being tested, the budget, qualification criteria, follow-up responsibilities and when performance will be reviewed.
Select your market, package your service, establish basic operations and prepare your acquisition materials. Begin prospecting and practising sales conversations.
Continue outreach and follow-up, conduct sales conversations and refine your approach using feedback. Work towards securing and onboarding your first paying client.
Launch delivery when a client is secured, review campaign performance and improve your operating process. Continue building your pipeline while documenting what you learn.
This is the program structure. Individual progress and client acquisition timelines will vary.
The 60-Day Agency Launch curriculum — 40 lessons with practical tools and scripts. Ten lessons are available immediately, with the remaining lessons released weekly over the first two weeks. Lifetime access to the lessons, tools and scripts.
Tim Frey AI — 60 days of daily AI guidance for offers, outreach, pitches, sales practice and campaign reviews.
Weekly hot seat coaching — bring your real situation and get live feedback during the 60-day program.
The Skool community — build alongside other founding members, with lifetime community access.
1× one-to-one script review on Zoom — review your sales script during the 60-day program.
1× one-to-one ad-account review on Zoom — review your ad account during the 60-day program.
Your first paying client is the initial milestone: a real engagement that lets you put your service, sales process and delivery into practice.
From there, the pathway is:
First client → repeatable acquisition → reliable delivery → retained accounts → team-supported growth.
That's revenue before staff, software, taxes and other expenses. Client advertising spend is separate.
A $2,500 or $5,000 monthly fee must be justified by the scope, customer economics and value delivered. Pricing will vary by market and service. The $50k model illustrates a potential scale scenario. It is not a promised outcome within 60 days.
Plan to commit approximately 10 hours per week for 60 days. Your time divides between learning, prospecting, sales practice, implementation and client delivery. Workload may increase when onboarding clients or launching campaigns.
The program includes an outreach-led acquisition route that does not require paid advertising. You may optionally spend $20–30 per day advertising your agency — approximately $600–900 over 30 days. Paid advertising is optional and does not guarantee clients.
Business setup, software and other operating expenses may apply and should be budgeted separately.
A client's advertising budget is separate from your agency fee and should be agreed and funded by that client before launch. The appropriate budget depends on the market, campaign and objectives.
The founding cohort will include three to five participants. That's deliberate.
This is the initial cohort used to test and improve the program, tools and delivery process. Founding members get the closest access to us and the lowest price this program will ever have. In exchange, we document the build openly.
During the beta, we will document:
Time spent implementing.
Prospecting activity and response rates.
Sales conversations and clients acquired.
Acquisition and operating costs.
Campaign launches and outcomes.
Client retention.
Support needs and implementation difficulties.
What we ask of you: Provide feedback and share progress so the program can be improved. Any use of identifiable results or testimonials will require your permission.
What you get in return: Founding-member pricing, direct access during the build, and your input shaping the final program.
Human support includes weekly hot seats and two one-to-one Zoom calls within 60 days: one script review and one ad-account review. Any separately required software and operating costs will be confirmed before enrolment.

3–5 participants only. Includes 60 days of AI and coaching access, plus lifetime access to the lessons, tools, scripts and community.
Apply for the Founding Beta ↗Yes. No previous advertising or agency experience is required. I’ve taught a woman in her 60s how to run paid ads and go on to build an $80k-a-month business. What you do need is the willingness to approach prospects, practise sales, implement feedback and take responsibility for client work.
It's enough to run the program as designed. Workload may increase when you're onboarding clients or launching campaigns — that's the good problem.
Not to acquire your agency clients. The program includes an outreach-led acquisition route that doesn't require paid advertising. Optional agency advertising is $20–30/day. Your clients' advertising budgets are funded by your clients, separately from your fee.
You exit with a packaged service, an acquisition process, delivery fundamentals and — if you've done the work — your first paying client. Your access to Tim Frey AI and human coaching ends after 60 days. Your lessons, tools, scripts and community access continue for life. The roadmap continues through repeatable acquisition, reliable delivery, retained accounts and team-supported growth.
Feedback and progress sharing so the program can be improved. Any use of identifiable results or testimonials requires your permission.
During the 60-day program, you get Tim Frey AI, weekly hot seats, and two one-to-one Zoom calls: one to review your script and one to review your ad account. You retain lifetime access to the lessons, tools, scripts and Skool community. Ten lessons are available immediately; the remaining lessons are released weekly over the first two weeks.
This is a 30-day action-based satisfaction guarantee, not a no-questions-asked refund. Before requesting a refund, complete all training released during your first 30 days, build your trades offer and prospect list, keep a dated log of genuine outreach and follow-up, attend the scheduled hot seats made available, and implement the coaching feedback you receive. Submit your work and a written explanation to [email protected] within 30 days of your program start date. The guarantee covers dissatisfaction with the program’s structure or support; it does not guarantee a client or revenue result. Your statutory rights are unaffected. Read the full requirements →
